[105] Soaptree yucca. As the dunes move across, the yucca just keeps growing taller to keep it's top above the dune. When the dune moves by, the yucca often collapses from it's skinny trunk ...

[105] Soaptree yucca. As the dunes move across, the yucca just keeps growing taller to keep it's top above the dune. When the dune moves by, the yucca often collapses from it's skinny trunk ...

[110] Sumac. As dune passes, this plant spreads network of roots that holds sand it place. They end up being plants on top of sand pillars.
